Hello, and welcome to Minaret Therapeutic Services at Colorado Equine Specialists! Please review the information below to prepare you for your hybrid therapy experience with Minaret Therapeutic Services & Color (1).png

 A few items to prepare for your day with us: 

Before you come to the barn, please fill out the CES Liability Release form and MTS Forms by using these links below (if  necessary, please fill out one for you and one for your child):

WHAT TO WEAR/PREPARE: 

● Closed-toe and hard-soled shoes or boots 

(*) Your own personal mask (you will be asked to wear it during small group activities if/when in close proximity) 

● Warm layers, rain jacket, etc. 

● A hat for sun protection. 

● Sunscreen and sunglasses. 

● Please bring your own water bottle, travel mug, etc. you are welcome to refill it here.

● Please avoid wearing long necklaces, hoop earrings, jewelry that jingles, wallets with pocket chains, etc.

● We do have an inside restroom available. Please be safe & respectful and help us to keep it clean for everyone. Paper towels will be available. 

● We will have hand sanitizer available. If you have sensitive skin or skin allergies, please also bring your  own. 

● Please leave your cell phone off, and earbuds/headphones in your car or in the barn. The horses will need your full attention when you are with them. 

● We will provide beverages and light snacks. If you have special dietary restrictions, we welcome you to bring your own snacks to enjoy. 

SAFETY and RESPECT - of the horse, of the property, of our staff and volunteers, and of yourself - come FIRST. 

If you are not sure of something: Please ASK. We are happy to answer any questions  you might have. 

(*) In respecting COVID Guidelines: 

Please take your temperature (and if necessary, your child’s temperature) in the  morning before you depart for the barn. If you, your child, or anyone in your  household has a temperature, feels sick, have exhibited any COVID symptoms (or symptoms for children) in the last several days, or are not feeling well, please stay at  home, call us, and we can sign you up for a different day. We can always reschedule  your time with us: it is imperative that we help to keep ourselves and each other safe  and healthy.

When you arrive, please follow the drive on the right side of the house and turn left towards  the barn, which is located behind the house. You may park in the big field next to the barn, and we  will be at the barn to greet you.
